◦ Final Review Meeting: A detailed discussion to review all entries, reports, and final figures.
Fees are determined based on the agreed-upon scope before work begins and will remain fixed, even if items were unintentionally missed during the initial evaluation. The only exception is if the client adds new items after the project has started.
◦ Account Reconciliation: Ensuring all accounts (bank, credit card, and others) are accurately balanced each month.
◦ Financial Reporting: Reconciliation Reports for all accounts and related statements are attached in QBO.
◦ Review Meeting: Optional review of all reconciled accounts and related reports is available for an additional $30.

◦ Detailed Financial Reports: Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Vendor expense summary report.
◦ Monthly Review Meeting: Discuss reports, review account activity, and address any financial concerns or goals.
◦ 50–100 transactions per month → $75
◦ 51 to 100 transactions per month → $150
◦ 101–200 transactions → $250
◦ 201–300 transactions → $300
◦ Above 300 transactions are set based on complexity of activity
